What to Do:

  • Drink plenty of water the day before your treatment to ensure your skin is well-hydrated.
  • Arrive with a face cleansed of makeup or moisturizers.
  • Discuss your skin sensitivities or allergies with your provider.

What to Avoid:

  • Avoid Botox at least two weeks before treatment.
  • Stop all use of retinoids or alpha-hydroxy acid for 3 to 5 days beforehand.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure and apply sunscreen regularly.

Post-Treatment Care

What to Do:

  • Apply makeup as desired (there’s no need to wait).
  • Apply sunscreen of SPF 30 or above routinely.
  • Go about your daily business as usual as their is no downtime with this treatment.

What to Avoid:

  • Avoid skin products that may contain retinoids or AHA for 3 to 5 days.
  • Avoid high temperatures such as saunas or steam rooms for the first 24 hours.
  • Steer clear of any harsh physical exfoliants or abrasive scrubs immediately after treatment.
