Emface combines advanced HIFES technology with RF energy to stimulate facial muscles and boost collagen and elastin production. Using the same groundbreaking technology found in Emsculpt NEO and Emsella, Emface delivers synchronized RF to heat the dermis, promoting collagen and elastin, while HIFES technology gently tones facial muscles for a lifted, rejuvenated appearance.

Things to Avoid:
- Avoid wearing lotions, creams, or makeup.
- Avoid taking NSAIDS or steroids (topical or oral).
What to Expect
Dr. Ralston will discuss how Emface works with each patient during a consultation. He will also carefully note each patient’s needs and health goals to match them with the best treatments the practice has to offer.
For the treatment, patients recline in a treatment room where Dr. Ralston gently applies specialized Emface applicators to targeted areas on their forehead and cheeks.
These applicators use synchronized RF energy and HIFES (high-intensity facial electrical stimulation) technology to stimulate muscle and skin rejuvenation. Patients will relax and enjoy a moment of calm as the Emface technology redefines their facial contours.
One significant advantage of Emface is the lack of downtime. Immediately after their session, patients can return to their daily activities without interruption. While some patients observe noticeable improvements right after their first session, optimal results typically develop within 4 to 6 weeks after completing the treatment series. This gradual improvement allows for a natural enhancement of facial contours.
During treatment, patients experience a series of gentle muscle contractions in the face, creating a sensation similar to a warm, soothing facial massage. Dr. Ralston adjusts the intensity to ensure comfort throughout the session, providing a relaxing yet effective experience.
Emface results can last up to a year, but they are not permanent. To maintain a sculpted, refreshed look year-round, Dr. Ralston suggests scheduling Emface treatments in McKinney every six months.
