Dr. James Ralston
Dr. Ralston is a widely respected, board-certified dermatologist and the founder of the Dermatology Center of McKinney. With years of experience, he can diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions, including skin cancer, eczema, acne and acne scars, wrinkles, age spots, rashes, and psoriasis. Many patients look to Dr. Ralston for answers regarding skin cancer, rashes, aesthetic dermatology, pediatric dermatology, and surgical options.
Unmatched Expertise
With over two decades of expertise in dermatology, Dr. Ralston’s exceptional credentials are reflected in his proven track record of patient care and clinical excellence. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, he completed his dermatology residency at the State University of New York (SUNY) in Buffalo, where he served as Chief Resident.
He also completed a fellowship in Cutaneous Oncology and Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, New York, focusing on less invasive methods for treating skin cancer. To serve his patients even better, he also completed a second fellowship in Georgia, focusing on advanced skin cancer surgery. Dr. Ralston is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is proud to be one of the most decorated and dedicated skincare specialists in McKinney. He is supported by a team of experts to help you achieve your skin health goals.
Madison Gilmore, PA-C
Madison Gilmore, PA-C, rounds out our highly respected team of specialists with extensive experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
